Undergraduate Research
Undergraduate research is a valued part of the STEM education process in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. The purpose of this webpage is to provide undergraduates with information on how to become involved in research in the ABE department and to provide a location for faculty to promote their undergraduate opportunities.
What is Undergraduate Research?
Undergraduate research allows students to get hands-on on research experience by working along side faculty members, postdoctoral research associates, and graduate students.
Depending on the project, undergraduate research can be completed on a volunteer basis, for credit hours, or as a paid position. The type of undergraduate research experience you prefer can be indicated on your ABE undergraduate research application.
